About the Founder
Hair Enigma founder Eliza Bailey has been doing hair for as long as she can remember, styling dolls, siblings, friends, anyone who'd let her. That love grew into a career as a licensed cosmetologist, working alongside top extension artists in the California Bay Area and Los Angeles.

Eliza's connection to this work is personal. Having experienced her own hair loss due to autoimmune conditions, she understands firsthand how much our hair is tied to our confidence, and how hard it is to lose it.

Her mission is to help every woman feel, and live as, her most confident self. It might seem minor. But most of us know our hair is so much more than that.
